“Travel Management for the 21st Century” Online Travel and Expense Management Seminar

HKFS-TSI, in conjunction with Concur, a leading provider of integrated travel and expense management solutions, organized an educational seminar for corporate travel managers from multinational companies in China on 14th May 2014. The event was held at the Andaz Hotel in XinTiandi, introduced new methods and ideas for these key stakeholders in corporate travel how to better manage their travel program using the latest technology and processes.
The event has seen great turnout from MNEs in China, with over 25 decision makers in corporate travel in attendance from large companies like AIG, Cushman & Wakefield, Group M, Cytec, PPG INDUSTRIES, Cushman & Wakefield, Alcatel Lucent, eBay, Anheuser-Busch InBev, Li & Fung, Marvell, Dover Corporation, Syngenta, Haemonetics China and International Paper.
During the event, representatives from HKFS-TSI and Concur demonstrated new ideas and potential process flow on corporate travel management that using new technology and online tools with real life case studies to substantiate the potential savings and increase in efficiency that can be achieved. The seminar was sponsored in part by Cathay Pacific Airways, Etihad Airways, Andaz Hotel at XinTianDi and Airplus.
