Rick Kumpf

Chairman

 

After a brief career in practicing law, Rick founded TSI-USA in 1986, a $250 million national travel management company, and in 2007 co-founded TSI-Global, a $2.5 billion global travel management company.

 

In 1993, Rick founded XTRA On-Line, the first corporate online travel reservation system. In 2003, he founded ITS, a global travel software company that provides online booking software and fulfillment for over 50 global airlines and reporting for 100s of corporations.

 

More recently, Rick founded CarryOn and TravelLogistix. He also brings experience in mergers and acquisitions, equity financing, legal consulting and has served on many boards including: TSI-USA, ITS, Lasso Technologies, PX Ventures, Prickly Pear Holdings, CarryOn, TravelLogistix, and PocketWater.

 

Rick earned a B.S. from Texas A&M University and a J.D. from Texas Tech University. Charitable boards and involvement include North TX Young Life, Emanuel Fellowship, Hope for Africa, Practice Ministries, C12, among several others.
