Designated Corporate Travel Consultant
Department: Reservations
Reports To: Director,Operations/Reservations Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of Corporate Travel Consultant Experience with complex international travel, and minimum of 5 years on SABRE.
- Mid office Quality Control knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent Skills in the following areas: Follow-up, documentation, organization, analytical, customer service, good decision making capabilities, written and verbal communication, time management skills, quick response, and ability to make good decisions.
- Adhere to onsite client’s expectations and requirements and office protocol.
- Previous experience handling VIP’s and C Level Clients with high touch services.
- Caretaker, cautious, attention to detail,
- Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm PST
- Want solid experience with TSI.
- Need to make sure we provide her all the support, and mentorship.
- Foreign languages may be required based on the position.
- Must have excellence attendance and punctuality.
- Must be a positive team player and demonstrate leadership qualities..

- Flexibility with work hours to meet the client demands and those of TSI.
- Must have experience with Executive Travel
- AirPass & PassPlus experience preferred
- Must be experienced airline upgrade procedures
Strategic Objectives & Tasks:
- Operate within company standards in the areas of customer service, productivity, quality standards and operating procedures.
- Thorough knowledge of the travel industry including proficiency on the applicable GDS systems. Proper utilization of GDS System to help improve company commitment to the vendor.
- Utilize preferred vendors to maximize profit for the company.
- The ability to solve problems and make decisions
- Continuously suggest improvements to benefit the team and organization.
- Ensure that customers travel policies are followed and documented.
- Follow company procedures, guidelines and standards in the areas of customer service, building and updating PNRs, ticketing attendance, and punctuality.
- Assist peers and work together as a team.
- Stay fully informed of all airline rules and regulations and other industry requirements and accurately apply this information when making travel arrangements.
- Meet all Department goals/objectives as outlined in Consultant Incentive.
- Ability to produce 300 transactions per month. Average month will be 275-300.
- Document Lost Savings on each applicable reservation.
- Be on time and ready to work at your designated scheduled.
- Work with Manager in monitoring expenses and controlling costs to ensure a profitable branch.
- Ability to work extended hours as client and workload demands dictate.
- Assists with follow-up on company comments or other client-input vehicles either in writing or by dealing directly with client to resolve any service problems.
- Keep Manager promptly and fully informed of all matters of significance.
- Attend and Participate in monthly team meetings.
- Attend Training as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Productivity Tools:
- Agent Portal – always use Travel Audit- Agent Portal to search the NRT ticket bank (search for past date PNRs, pre-trip approvals, etc.).
- Booking Builder – use to assist with internet reservations (ex. Southwest Airlines and Air Canada). This tool will communicate with Sabre to transfer requested flight information and customer profile data to the Book Builder desktop tool.
- Pricing Wizard – search International Consolidator Fares and Marine fares.
- Agent Scripts – are to be run on all PNRs to ensure all required information is documented.
- Customer Comments – utilize salesforce to document customer service issues and compliments.
