QUICK AND EASY
PRE-TRIP APPROVALS

Offered through TSI USA’s proprietary Travel Audit technology suite, Pre-Trip Approvals can be activated to look for several different “triggers”and generate an email to the predetermined approver(s).

Trigger examples: flight information, airfare, company information, and reason for declining a lower fare option.

WHY?
Help control your company’s:
1. travel budget
2. fares outside of policy
3. non-profiled travelers
4. ghost card account utilization

HOW IT WORKS
