Overview:

ITS provides client with travel management services and innovative technology solutions.  Founded in 1983 and headquartered in Dallas, TX, we have accomplished significant growth and superior customer retention due to our unique offerings.  Over the next five years, ITS / TSI plans to have over $1 billion dollars in annual sales.

We are seeking a Vice President of Sales to help our growth and expand our market presence Globally. The Vice President of Sales will manage all Sales Directors and Sales Managers for ITS, TripEasy and TSI.  You must have prior success being a leader and managing staff and executives.  Have at least 15 years of discipline and senior level management with proven examples.

  • Ability to identify and develop solutions to prospective clients’ needs and pain points.
  • Ability to communicate those solutions to a wide array of influencers and decision makers.

  • Ability to provide accurate and timely reporting of activities.
  • Skill to use a personal computer and various software packages, including Microsoft Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.com is a must.

  • Include selling high-end conceptual solutions, technology, products and services to top executives at large size companies.

  • Ability to establish priorities, identify, develop solutions and communicate solutions effectively.

  • Skills to use a personal computer and various software packages, including Microsoft Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.com, etc.
  • Experience with managing client relationships for mid and large accounts, including Global partnerships.
  • Experience with marketing company services, value add propositions, understanding contracts; ROI process, negotiations, supplier relationships, travel technology, expense management, industry trends and pricing.
  • Understands travel agency operations, travel network and the evolution of the travel distribution channel: airline, car rental and hotel web sites.
  •  Ability to make strong contributions to the structure and functionality of travel products.

  

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with selling new accounts, resigning existing business and selling other services to our clients, including but not limited to our own software tools, groups and incentive travel, etc.
  • Ability to coach, enhance and train staff’s sales skills.
  • Direct and assist with Global business consolidations with current and new clients, including; drive the processing for new global implementations and current client expansions.
  • Required to travel as needed of the position.  
  • Sell and support salespeople in closing corporate clients with annual travel volume of $750K to $50M.
  • Work closely with international partners on global bids.
  • Enhance and create sales collateral in collaboration with our Marketing team.
  • Manage market research / competitor analysis, sales reporting / forecasting.
